Construction starts with site information
A house, commercial premises and a residential development have different uses, but each needs coordinated architectural, structural and building-services design. Initial work establishes site conditions, available utilities, building functions and the intended scope.
Delivery sequence
Site preparation is followed by foundations, structural work, floors and the roof. The building envelope, services and finishes follow. Each stage has its own agreed specification: the term “turnkey” alone does not define what is included.
Preparing for an estimate
Send a site plan, design or sketch, information about utilities and the intended result. These establish the next steps and the basis for preparing a cost estimate.
