Start with a brief description of your project.

You do not need to know which service your project falls under. Describe the current condition, the result you want and the documents you already have.

If you have a design, plans, photographs or a cost estimate, you can attach them to your enquiry.

What is desirable to indicate?

A few points are enough for the first conversation:

  • Type of object;
  • New construction or existing facility;
  • Indicative location;
  • An approximate area, if known;
  • Current status;
  • What is needed as a result;
  • What materials are already available;
  • The desired time frame, if at all.

The referral can be sent even if the area is unknown, there is no project or estimate and the service category has not yet been defined.

What materials will help

For construction

Useful:

  • Schematic / plot plan;
  • Drawing;
  • The project;
  • Known network data;
  • Photos of the site;
  • Existing estimates.

For repair

Useful:

  • Space plan;
  • Photos of current status;
  • Design project, if any;
  • Existing estimates;
  • A list of the desired changes.

For reconstruction

Useful:

  • Plans;
  • Old drawings;
  • Photographs;
  • Information on previous developments;
  • Description of problem areas;
  • Existing reconstruction project;
  • Test results, if any.

For design

Useful:

  • The plan of the site or premises;
  • Measurement;
  • Photographs;
  • A description of the needs;
  • Existing designs;
  • Reference;
  • a task if it has already been prepared.

You don't have to wait for a complete set.

If part of the baseline data is not available, this does not prevent primary treatment.

After the first contact, the following can be determined:

  • What data are sufficient;
  • What is missing;
  • Whether an inspection is necessary;
  • Whether measurements are needed;
  • Whether design is required;
  • I don't know what next step is rational.

What happens after circulation?

01. Receive the project brief

The PNVTEAM command receives contact and object information.

02. Clarify the brief

If necessary, ask additional questions.

03. Review existing project documents

Look at plans, photos, projects, estimates or other data provided.

04. Determine the next step

This could be:

  • Additional baseline data;
  • Measurement;
  • Inspection;
  • Design;
  • Clarifying the composition of the work;
  • Preparation for the assessment;
  • Discussion of a specific phase of the work.

05. Prepare a detailed proposal

The amount, value, time and liability are determined after sufficient information on a particular task has been received.

We can start with what we already have.

There are only photographs and a brief description -- that's enough for a first call.

There's a project or a budget, you can add it.

If the task is not yet clearly related to construction, repair, reconstruction or design, select:

Not sure yet

Briefly describe your project and leave your contact details. If we need further information to provide a useful response, we will explain what to prepare.

You can include the approximate location, floor area and current project stage.

Enquiries are received and processed by the PNVTEAM team.
